    Avrum Nadigel, B. Comm, MSW

    Avrum Nadigel, B. Comm, MSW is a family and relationship therapist with over twenty years of clinical experience. He is the author of three books, the msot recent was co-authored with the late Dr. David Freeman entitled: “Where Would You Like To Start: A master therapist on beginning psychotherapy with families.” Avrum co-produces two podcasts with Ellie Bass, Executive Director of the Jewish Family Institute entitled: Pop Parenting and The Love Examined Playlist.

    Rabbi Freundlich

    Rabbi Freundlich is the Rabbi at Montreal’s Congregation Tifereth Beth David Jerusalem. He received his Semicha from Baltimore’s Ner Israel Rabbinical College, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Science Degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University.

    Yoetzet Halacha Rifki Freundlich

    Rifki Freundlich is the Rebbetzin of Congregation TBDJ in Montreal. After teaching brides and guiding women of all backgrounds in their observance of Taharas Hamishpacha for nearly 20 years, Rifki was certified as a Yoetzet Halacha through Nishmat’s Miriam Glaubach Center in 2019.

    Yonati Wagner Sues is a Mortgage Agent with Mortgage Architects one of the largest mortgage brokerages in Canada. Utilizing her background as an occupational therapist, she advocates for clients with lenders and guides them towards the best mortgage option.

    Yonati is passionate about community and is involved with OneFamily Fund, Bnei Akiva Schools, LEKET and the BAYT young adults and family committee.

    Zev Wasserman

    Zev Wasserman is a Credit Risk Analyst at CMLS Financial, one of Canada’s largest independently owned mortgage services companies. Zev has several years of mortgage underwriting experience and is passionate about personal finance. He is also active in the BAYT young professional community and is always looking for ways to make Toronto and Thornhill the best places for young couples.

    Sara Klein, PT

    Sara Klein is a registered Physiotherapist with more than a decade of experience. She specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction including pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum recovery.


    Gemma began her midwifery studies in England and moved to Canada after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences Hons. Midwifery in 2012. Gemma is thrilled to be a founding member of Uptown Midwives & Family Wellness.

    Rachel Hercman, LCSW

    Rachel Hercman is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in dating and relationships, sexual health, and trauma. She works in Manhattan with individuals and couples, and feels privileged to present to communities, educators, and mental health professionals internationally.

    Shy Krug, Ph.D, CST

    Shy is an AASECT certified sex therapist who specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness to help clients navigate their pain. He specializes in sexual dysfunction, relationship difficulties, anxiety, PTSD, and depression.
